Our Health SavingsPLUS Account gives the you the ability

to invest in a select group of mutual funds.  If your checking

balance exceeds $2,000, you may invest those funds in

excess of $2,000.  There are several different mutual fund

options, all of which are described in greater detail in our

current fund offerings.

In addition to the ability to select your own investments, we

offer these convenient features:

	Earn interest on the balance that remains in the checking portion of the account
	No minimum deposit
	Free Debit Card
	Free Online Banking
	Free Bill Payment
	Free e-Statements

A $4 monthly investment fee will apply.
