Improved Account Security

In the coming weeks we will be implementing an extra level of security to better safeguard your personal account information.  This will help ensure that only authorized users have access to your account.

We’ve already taken the first step by moving your password to a separate page.  The next step will require you to set up new log in credentials which include the following: 

• Choose an image that you will easily recognize

• Create a personal phrase to go along with your image

• Lastly, select and answer three challenge questions that only you and the authorized signers on your account will know

All of these pieces of information will help ensure that you are on First American Bank’s official website and not a fraudulent site.

We will send you an email when it’s time to set up your new log in credentials at least three days before we start the new implementation.
