Schedule a payment in minutes:
- Enroll in the Loan Payment Portal
- Select “Set Up Recurring Payments” or schedule a one-time payment
- Enter your preferred payment method, payment date, frequency, and payment amount
- Review your payment information and select “Confirm”

Upload Your Insurance Documents
To keep your loan in good standing, we require proof of full-coverage insurance with First American Bank ISAOA listed as the lienholder.
Here’s how to submit your policy:
- Visit https://insureverifi.com/Home/Search
- Enter your policy number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Select “Add File” or drag and drop a photo or PDF of your policy.
- Confirm that it includes:
- A Declarations page (we do not accept applications, binders, or insurance cards)
- Your name and any additional borrower on the loan
- Vehicle year/make/model
- Policy number and expiration date
- Policy must include liability, comprehensive and collision coverages
- Maximum deductible allowed is $2,000
- First American Bank ISAOA listed as lienholder and include lienholder/loss payee address: First American Bank, PO Box 15475, Richmond, VA 23227-5475
