Ca$hTrac Online Services

With Ca$hTrac Online and Ca$hTrac Mobile from your desktop or mobile device, you can manage accounts, create custom reports, and download financial data for accounting and reporting purposes.

  • Home Workspace: Landing page containing important Message of the Day and Action Items for each user.
  • Reporting: Create custom reporting for checking, savings, and loan accounts with options to access real-time or previous day balances and transactions.
  • Images: All paper account activity, including checks deposited and paid.
  • Transfer Center: Transfer funds between accounts with First American Bank.
  • ACH Transactions: Initiate transactions up to 30 days in advance, including payroll direct deposit, vendor payments and tax payments.
  • Wire Transfers: Securely send domestic and international wire transfers to another bank in any of the many supported currencies.
  • Stop Payments: Issue stop payment instructions online and verify the outstanding or paid status of checks.
  • Positive Pay: Protect your account by providing the bank with the checks you have issued or review all of your checks before they are sent for final payment. Establish "ok to pay" rules for ACH transactions you have approved. 
  • Remote Deposit Capture Services: Eliminate time-intensive chore of transporting checks to the bank by allowing individuals to scan checks into your office computers and then electronically deposit them via our secure website using scanners or mobile app.
  • Custom Views: Select and sort custom displays of your account history.
  • Alerts: Delivered via e-mail or text message, including:
    • Account Balance (set at balance threshold, Greater than or less than specified amount listed)
