Recently I closed on a Home Equity Loan at the St. Charles branch, at North Ave and Kirk Rd. We made several changes that made it complicated. Donna Ibarra was our Personal Banker and she went above and beyond and was both patient and very helpful. I was so impressed that I decided to open my commercial business account with the bank, and everyone bent over backwards to help, including Donna, Jackie Lange and Tim Dawe. (I took a lot of all three of their times so I feel I know them well.) My favorite thing is how special and important they make me feel whenever I go into their branch. Other banks I deal with act inconvenienced and I feel like a number. I am definitely satisfied and plan to do much more business with them in the future. The whole experience has been terrific. Oh, they are all very friendly too. I definitely recommend them!!
