By providing a cash flow construction loan through the SBA 7(a) program, our lending specialist, Corey Roberts, helped the company build out and open a new facility in Elmhurst, Illinois. Thanks to the loan proceeds, this second location will contribute to the business’s continued top-line growth—and help the brewer meet growing demand across the board.
Previously, the Bank also provided two additional loans—one SBA 504 loan for the purchase of the business’s original brewing facility and one SBA 7(a) loan for new equipment purchases. What began with two leased tanks has scaled into a modern 21,000-square-foot facility, complete with reverse osmosis water processing, a multi-vessel brewhouse, a quality control lab, and a spacious taproom with indoor/outdoor seating.
