AGAIN, AS MANY TIMES AS I HAVE VISITED FIRST AMERICAN BANK WITH SEVERAL LOCATIONS SO FAR VISITED I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE STAFF OR SERVICE. I HAVE VISITED THIS LOCATION ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS AND WAS TREATED WITH KINDNESS, POLITENESS AND CURTESY. CRISTAL (BRANCH MANAGER) WAS MY PERSONAL BANKER FOR TODAY’S VISIT BUT MY FIRST TIME COMING HERE I WAS SERVED BY A PERSONAL BANKER BY THE NAMED OF SONIA M. I WAS TREATED WELL BY BOTH LADIES AND GIVEN INFORMATION WHICH WAS NEEDED TO HELP BETTER SERVE ME IN MY PRESENT AND FUTURE FINANCIAL ENDEAVORS. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH THIS BANK AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER WITH THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. Recently I opened up some accounts at this bank with the teller Crystal . On the first time she gave my husband paperwork with my full social on it to bring home for me to sign . I did not consent to this . I was flabbergasted because that’s my personal information . During the process of opening up a business account Crystal acknowledged Edi and barely me to the point I felt so uncomfortable .She should’ve been talking to me giving me a complete understanding I feel like crystal discrimated against me because I’m African American and a woman. She has a great relationship with my husband and his family prior to me . During our interaction she’s not very friendly or professional . A lot of eye rolling, micro aggressions and weird faces . Her conversation with my husband is different . Crystal makes me feel with her actions that me being African American with a Mexican is a problem due to the way I’m treated . She is cordial but not very pleasant with me . She’s also very curious about if my husband is on what accounts which makes me feel uncomfortable banking . I feel like she’s not handling this professional at all . When it came to giving the paperwork at the end she gave it all to my husband when I’m the owner of the account and I was sitting right there . I’ve had a great experience with the other tellers and I was respected and treat well like a customer .Also I’ve opened bank account before so I am aware of the process and have been in environments similar to know the level of professionalism that should be held
