Getting Started:
  • Log in to Mobile Banking through the Mobile Banking app.
  • Select Profile from the Main Menu.
  • Select Manage Snapshot.
  • Enter a name for the device.
  • Click Enable Snapshot.
  • Check the box next to each account you would like enabled in Snapshot. It's that simple!

Next time you launch the Mobile Banking app, simply tap on the Snapshot button above Login ID to quickly view your deposit and loan account balances.

Biometric Authentication allows you to quickly and securely log in using fingerprint or facial recognition. It’s a convenient and safe method of authentication – replacing the need to type in your Login ID and Password to access your account(s).

Requirements:
To use this feature, first be sure you have the following:
  • The latest version of the First American Bank Mobile Banking app — your device may automatically update the app or you can find the update in the Android or Apple app stores.
  • Fingerprint Authentication / Touch ID® / Face ID® are enabled within the Settings on your mobile device.
Activating Biometric Authentication is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
  • Log in to First American Bank’s Mobile Banking app using your Login ID and Password.
  • Select the options menu located in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Select Biometric Authentication.
  • Create a device name (Ex: Mary’s iPhone) and enter your Login ID and Password. Then, click Enroll.
  • Biometric Authentication is now enabled for the First American Bank Mobile Banking app! You’re ready to log in quickly and securely.
  • The next time you log in, confirm your identity by using the biometric registered on your Android™ or Apple® device.* To log in with your fingerprint, lightly place your finger on the home button to access our Mobile Banking app.

If you have forgotten your password, the 'Forgot Password' feature will ask you to enter your Login ID, Date of Birth, Email Address and Home Phone. Once you have entered the correct information, you will be allowed to change your password. Once your password has been changed, you will receive immediate access to your online accounts.
