THERE SHOULD REALLY BE A ZERO STAR THIS BANK IS NOT WORTH 1 ⭐️! I was greeted by Raul the branch manager he extended to shake my hand while still being seated which is very disrespectful to anyone who knows business etiquette. He did not follow up as promised this banks name says it all if you are a minority they don’t want your business they only want the business of those that consider themselves the 1st inhabitants of America 👀
I visited this location several times a few years back and never had too many problems. I have experienced little to no problems at all with the First American Bank Family/Their Locations. The only issues I had were with the location on 643 N Fairbanks near the WaterTower/Gold Coasts or Street Ville area. So every chance I get to make a visit it is with other locations and not with the one on Fairbanks so much.
