The drive people are always nice. The only reason I give this bank 3 stars is because there name is First American Bank and they have no American flag like the other banks I seen not even a flag on the 4th of July? It's not that pretty to look at without the flag I mean your name IS First American for a reason isn't it? 🇺🇲 America first?

Banking is very easy with them, very helpful, professional and they let bring in my little dog in when I come in.

Christy Tatela, the branch manager expedited my request and made it happen within a half hour. It would have taken multiple phone calls, an appointment, and multiple hours if not days trying to get the same thing done at Chase.

You know all the complaints about big banks? This bank is the exact opposite. Actual individual people help you and follow up with the things you need. If you request something from a teller named Sam, then Sam will email you and call you back if there's any question or follow up. Everyone should be flocking to this bank because it's a dying breed and it's something that we as consumers should value and save. Also, they just revamped the app and website and it's nice. It's simple and works. I've used a lot of banks and no online presence is perfect. However with my other banks I have no idea what half the menu options would even do. With First American Bank the options are all sensible things that I need / use. They are doing everything right.
