I worked with Johnny Popal and his team to set up a new account. The process was simple and they even took the time to help me get my online account set up. I would highly recommend.

No chance was this actually the first american bank.

We had someone break into our accounts and try to withdraw $10,000. FAB fraud stopped it. We then had those accounts frozen while we received new ones. I must have had over a dozen calls from FAB to allow certain withdrawals to continue if they were valid. They were extremely attentive to us during the switchover. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This is the way other banks should be, friendly, customer oriented, easy to resolve banking issues.

Long time FAB customer. This branch is top notch. Over the years Johnny and Sheldon were like friends to me. Their customer service skills go above beyond a financial institution. There is no other branch I would use for CD/Mortgage highly educated and friendly staff.

The review pertains to their local business performance: they do not maintain their store front at all. Broken beer bottles, garbage and abandoned bicycles are the mainstay at this location. For the last 2 months remnants of a broken beer bottle were on the Armitage side and now a second bottle has fragments all over the first 20 feet of Sedgwick. Prior to that, garbage consistently resides by the postal box and a vandalized bicycle has been on their bike rack for months. Seriously?! Take some pride in your business and make it less a hazard zone. imo
