I wanted to deal with a local bank and came across First American Bank. Everything from the application process to closing was superb. The customer service provided by our point of contact Pamela, was excellent. She made us feel as if she was only working with us and that kind of customer service is the one you want when dealing with a loan. Its definitely not like dealing with other banks that bounce you around and no one can tell you where your application status stands. Great institution, great people!

The customer service rep I spoke with was friendly, patient, helpful and thorough. He also gave me additional info that I had forgotten to request. All customer service should be like this. I would definitely recommend First American in Buffalo grove to friends and family.

This is a great bank! I am a coin collector and have gone here many times for coin rolls, whenever I walk in, the tellers recognize me and are extremely nice to me. Their setup for social distancing is good and safe too!
