I came in today to receive some assistance regarding my account. Banker, Alice Boswell’s, customer service was HORRIBLE!!! She came off very sarcastic, rude and condescending towards me. As time progressed, while Alice was looking into my account, her attitude was becoming far more unprofessional. Alice tried to forcefully assist me with things I didn’t ask assistance for and when I tried to inform her of what I specifically came in for/needed assistance with, she got agitated and displayed a very nasty attitude. Therefore, I informed her that I didn’t feel comfortable receiving anymore assistance from her, her poor customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I removed myself from her desk and asked Karina if she could please to assist me, when time permitted (as she was helping another customer)and I patiently waited. As an employee, Alice should be mindful, that she is in a place of business where great customer service is warranted & should conduct herself according to that. Alice’s demeanor as well as her behavior, is not standard. She appeared as though she wasn’t interested in assisting me with my matter and tried to become argumentative with me, regarding what I needed assistance for, when I knew exactly what I needed assistance with. Maybe she was having a bad day but I have never received customer service as such, for my duration as a customer at First American Bank. Alice Boswell, had a very nasty attitude…. my business here at First American Bank is not a personal relationship with HER (it’s business), therefore, I don’t wish to be treated in that manner. Hopefully the branch manager addresses this issue, as I did reach out to him via voicemail. I would definitely recommend you be serviced by Karina, I give her 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. Karina was so pleasant to do business with. Karina was very professional, helpful and displayed a very happy, positive attitude while taking care of the matter I specifically came in for. That is the customer service I love to receive!!!! I appreciate your level of professionalism KARINA, you certainly turned my negative experience into a great one, thank you!!!
