First Am bank has the best people and world class service. Their apparent low investment in quality computer systems leave them frequently down, resulting in banking inconveniences. In 2022, the banking industry does not have the system reliability problems at the rate I experience with First American. I can't possibly encounter all of them, which makes the frequency of my experience even more alarming. Their world class staff deserve to be supported by world class systems to round out the overall experience for their customers. If they could overcome these hurdles, they would be unstoppable.

My husband called to let them know I was going to get there two minutes after closing and they actually waited for me!
