Hi, I have been really disappointed with the customer service here. I have spoken to Angela Young and Elizabeth Leonardo and they have come off as unhelpful, uncompassionate, and unwilling to be understanding. My bank account was debited for a charge that I never agreed to and neither Angela or Elizabeth exhibited any concern or willingness to help me resolve the matter. ** I just want to add I have attempted to call this establishment to resolve this issue and have gotten nowhere!***
Don’t go here. The customer service is lacking. I overheard a conversation that Angela Young and Elizabeth Leonardo had with one of my family members and I was appalled. They both came across as cold and lack compassion. Honestly, I question their ethics
I have been very impressed with your bank. I have had many opportunities to work with Liz Leonardo She is very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely understanding. I needed a lot of advice and information upon retirement and she was there to assist and set up all my accounts with direct deposit. She is a true asset to your bank and a good reason for me to continue banking with First American. I have and will keep referring clients to you. Thanks to Liz !
Hi, I have to say I'm so disappointed in the service here. My daughter took a loan out with this bank, and I question Elizabeth Leonardo business ethics. Please think twice before you do business here.
