this has been my bank since the early 80's, they have always been wonderful and friendly and very helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Super helpful with explaining all my options and choosing what what right for me.

My experience was wonderful. There was no stress, great communication. Customer service was as I remembered from "back in the day." Professional, friendly, accommodating, timely.

Went in to consider opening new account. Was greeted with friendly faces and warm hello. Teller explained options for accounts and my best options for earning interest. I was very pleased with the service and will be transferring the rest of my money from another bank soon

Customer service is great, they have been wonderful is assisting us in starting our local business. Staff is personable and friendly. We began our business adventure with FAB, due to the length of time that we have had our personal accounts there. They have been helpful and responsive to our needs.

Don’t go here. The customer service is lacking. I overheard a conversation that Angela Young and Elizabeth Leonardo had with one of my family members and I was appalled. They both came across as cold and lack compassion. Honestly, I question their ethics

I needed a lot of advice and information upon retirement and she was there to assist and set up all my accounts with direct deposit. Very unprofessional.

Friendly people. Helped me set up a custodial saving account for my son. They also have a change machine which is rare to find in banks these days.

Angie was as always the best to deal with -right there with an answer and great with follow ups-I would tell folks to talk to her before any one else-she is the best!!!!

Very professional bank to do business with. Bill pay is great, ATM and all other aspects are great also. We have choices in town and i choose to bank with them out of the other 4 banks in this little town we live in. They are an Illinois bank. Support local!
