Great customer service

They bought my car loan and it’s been so annoying setting up and later making modifications to auto pay, it’s 2023 and they are still using forms you need to fill out and manually sign instead of having it built into their app or website. I’d recommend them to someone 85 years or older because it feels like they haven’t modernized anything.

If you decide to bank with them in the near future. I suggest you shouldn’t. Worse bank to ever bank with. -10 recommend to bank with. The customer service there and over the phone is horrible!
