The branch treats you like family.
Been banking with First American Bank since 2016. No issues. I’ve had this bank go after a place of business who cheated me and kept my money in 2021. It went well and First American Bank got my money back from them. I call with questions and have never gotten anyone rude or unwilling to help answer my questions. They will refund one overdraft fee if you’re nice and have good cause. I think you’re only allowed one freebie though.
