I had taken all the required documents to your Niles branch and they scanned them. Four days later I received a letter informing me that First American Bank would not be able to provide this loan because I had not submitted those same documents. I was furious! I got this letter at 5:15 on a Friday night. I called my contact and got voicemail. I yelled at him asking what is going on. The following business day he called me back and said that that is a standard procedure. I told him that was stupid and bad publicity. And I almost pulled the loan out. That left a really bad taste in my mouth.
Great branch/RUDE manager I'm in the bank, not quite daily but close enough. Personal bankers are extremely polite and do quite well for the favors or services I request. The location manager, the head of the location is extremely rude. I've witnessed on multiple occasions her treating customers with curt responses, unpleasant facial gestures, and I have even seen her quite a few times (I believe her name is Vicky) rudely speak to her own staff. I would steer clear from her unfriendly service and behavior. If she can not treat her staff politely, I wonder when I will be so rudely spoken to.
Very Pleased When I first walked into the Niles branch, I was bombarded with hellos. It had a energetic atmosphere and it seems that every employer is on there feet. The managing is professional and well accounted for. Their service is spectacular and I recommend this establishment for all!!!
