My time with First American bank started in 2016 with a car loan that was given to me from a dealership. Well this could be long winded but feel worth sharing. My truck loan was moved to this bank from a different one , and I made my payments and that was that. (Not local either) I inquire at my bank to do a heloc And receive a lot of paperwork to fill out .....did I say a lot 😐 And also inquire at a different local bank. Bank # 2 pulls credit which alerts First American....and I receive a phone call. (Never new these things happen!) Toni had reached out to let me know. I explained what I was doing and also the disatisfacion, poor advice etc. Paperwork blah,blah....... I had inquiring about a heloc loan (Basically venting to a stranger 😁) I actually drilled her with questions too....just for fun. 20 minutes later Im inquiring about a heloc through First American !!!
