I really wish this had an option for zero stars. I had the worst most uncomfortable experience working with Trupti J Shah. She was extremely rude and racist. She was asking me questions that did not have anything to do with what I was there for. She typed my information wrong and instead of confirming it with me or double checking if she got it right. She took that as her way of asking inappropriate rude and racist questions . I do not recommend her at all. Her manager was made a aware but did not seem to care about it at all.
They are the best very friendly helpful in whatever your needs are if they don't know they get someone who does I have been with them since 1995 and I wouldn't change bank for any other I love these people they treats you like family and I really mean that I give them 12 stars
Called and spoke to Nancy about an online login issue. She promptly emailed the instructions and said to please contact her if they did not work. They did not. She managed to reset the account after verifying it was me and was happy to wait on the phone while I regained access. The entire interaction and process was under 10 minutes. Probaly more like 5 minutes. Nancy was very professional, patient, and provided 5 star help & customer service. Thank you!
