Upon entering, I was greeted by both Amir and Mrs. Bell, and we quickly got down to business. I successfully opened my business bank account, and I am very excited to be banking with First American Bank.

Staff was very helpful as usual. Helped me open account for daughter and get finds transferred over efficiently. Amari, Jamelah, Melvin, & Ms. Marlene make this the best branch in Illinois!

I'm done! I've been with First American for ten years. First problem was last summer when they wrongly charged me a $40 fee. Lauren wouldn't reverse the charge and corporate would only reverse half!? Now, today the fraud department texts that my purchase at a gas station was suspicious. I responded that it was okay. Few hours later I try to make a purchase and my debit card is declined. I call and eventually get the fraud department. They tell me that everything looks fine and I would have to call the bank on Monday. It's Saturday, I'm 40 miles from home, my gas tank is low, and I have no cash on me. I'm not F'ing with you anymore First American Bank!!! 😠

Did a bait and switch on a loan froze my checking and savings accounts. Idiot judge gave it to them.which included my veteran disability money.please BEWARE of this business's practices

Just opened up an account. Such a wonderful and friendly bank! I have never felt more welcomed. They don't have all the features a larger bank would, but they have most of them and they're local.
