The Retail Leadership Training Program is a comprehensive two-phase program designed to transform existing high-performing bankers into outstanding leaders in branch management. By focusing on developing leadership and management skills, the program includes branch rotations, specialized training, and instructor-led and on-demand training. Upon completion, trainees will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently lead and manage teams, drive business growth, and make a significant impact.

Effective management involves overseeing work, delegating tasks, communicating effectively, and making strategic decisions that benefit the organization.
